How long is the processing time?
Typically an hour. It all depends on how much fun you are having during the appointment!
We are committed to ensuring every order reaches you as soon as possible. However, do allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to be packed, dispatch and delivered to your chosen mailing address. Delivery times should be calculated from the day after your order has been successfully processed.
Is self-collection available?
Self-collection is available upon a mutual agreed time and location.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes we accept international orders. Registered mail via SingPost is available and will be charge to the order when you indicate “International order” during checkout. Additional shipping charges varies depend on the destination and weight of parcel.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is Free for local normal mail by SingPost with no tracking number. Registered mail is available via SingaPost upon request with an additional fee. Alternatively, drop by the flagship shop for self pickup.
Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it?
All orders are final upon confirmation. Confirmed orders cannot be amended or cancelled.
How can I make payment?
We accept all major credit cards payment through Paypal. You do not need to register for a Paypal account to make payment via Paypal. Kindly note that all transaction information collection is processed entirely by Paypal, your card information and details are not store on DHV server. Paypal is a safe and secure way to make credit card payment online.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, you need to register for an account to place an order. This facilitates subsequent purchases and speeds up the ordering process.

Is custom-made available?
Custom-made is not available but alteration services are available as fitting is important for vintage clothing.
Why are there stain/ flaws?
Most vintage items are pre-loved and aged between 20-50years, hence it’s only natural to have some sign of worn which gives character to a vintage piece. Minor flaws such as faint stain, pulled thread, sign of worn are acceptable and are consider good vintage condition.
DHV strict QC team vet thru each vintage pieces for any stain, rip or missing button which will then be fix, mend and clean before they go on the rack.
Can I exchange/ refund an item?
No exchange and refund accepted.
Do you restock the same design?
Each vintage item come in ONE piece only and there is no restock.
Where are the vintage items from?
Vintage items are mainly from the UK and the US including a selection from Japan and Australia. Vintage pieces are brought in from a variety of continent to bring forward a good selection of vintage style, silhouette, detailing and sizing as each country have its own distinctive look.
What do you mean by vintage?
Vintage is a term used for items from previous decades, aged for at least 20 to 25 years and beyond! In terms of vintage fashion, clothing and accessories ranging from the 1980s up till the 1920s.
DHV carry authentic vintage items that are one –off piece and one-of-the-kind. Given the age, most items from DHV are pre-loved with a selected few “new” vintage pieces commonly known as dead-stock or new-old-stock (NOS) meaning items that are new and have not been own or worn before. Original tags are still attached to some of these items!
Important points to take note!
DHV display the colours of each item as accurately as we can. However due to lighting, colours portrayed on the website may appear to be slightly different from the actual item. Please also note, colours may also appear differently due to the calibration of different computer monitors.
Fitting & visuals
Some clothing pieces are pinned back to fit the mannequin. Kindly refer to actual measurements for accuracy. Accessories used with apparels are meant for styling purpose only. For enquiries and/or to purchase the accessories, kindly inbox DHV.
Since vintage items comes in only one piece, all merchandise is sold on a payment first basis and is subject to availability. Please note that items in your shopping cart are not secure until payment is successfully processed.
Estimates delivery time
Delivery times are only estimates as the shipping services are provided by third parties. Which means DHV is not responsible for delivery times or services once your order is shipped out. Kindly expect delays during peak periods such as festive seasons (e.g. Christmas) and Public Holidays
Lost & Damage mail
DHV is not responsible for any lost/ stolen, torn and damage merchandise cause during shipment
In the event that an order is returned back to us due to error in delivery information as provided by the customer, or failure to collect within the stipulated timeframe as indicated by the postal service, customer is charged for a redelivery fee.
Urgency of Order
If your order is urgent, kindly leave us a note during check-out and we will do our best to process your order quickly.
DHV has the right to refuse and/or cancel orders resulted from errors appearing on the website. This also applies to orders that have been confirmed with credit card payment charged. If payment has been approved, we will immediately issue a credit refund to your credit card account as per the amount charged.
